Return Policy

We take pride in offering the highest quality products!  But we realize that from time to time reasons will arise that require you to make a return and, occasionally, products are damaged in delivery.  Upon delivery, carefully inspect all products for any damages or incorrect personalizations. Email or call us within 2 business days at 1-866-604-6080 or info@crazyforweddings.com,  and inform us  of any problems with your order.  This way we can insure the quickest solution to a problem.  Keep all original packaging and paperwork with the products for return or exchange.  

If there is any breakage in your shipment, please inform us and the carrier of the problem.   

We will return or exchange all other products with a restocking fee of 15%, with the exception of the following items:  any personalized item, items that have been worn or used, partial orders or edibles.  Please keep all products in the original packaging and notify us within 2-3 days of delivery.  We want this to be as easy for you as possible.  Thank you for your business.
